工作内容
- Manage and supervise a team of electricians as they maintain a large system and ensure the proper schedule is kept.
- Must be effective at motivating their team, as well as giving a frank but constructive assessment of the work done.
- Needs to have extensive experience in the E&I and must be able to perform emergency repairs on their own, as well as take charge of troubleshooting their employees' work.
- To provide technical guidance and support as the team install, maintains, and repairs the instrument system.
- To be responsible for ensuring employees' work that safety standards and compliance, and oversea the training and scheduling of workers.
- Participating in budget establishment and control maintenance costs to be optimized.
- Coordinating and providing the concerned department with the necessary support.
资格
应征条件
- Male, age 30 years old up.
- Bachelor's Degree in Instrument or Electrical Engineer.
- The minimum 5-10 years of experience and demonstrated E&I supervision and management of utility and construction projects.
- Especially proficient in DCS, SCADA, Instrument, Calibration, Inverter, and SWGR(Switchgear).
- Excellent command in English both speaking and writing is a must. (Profound report writing abilities represent a key requirement)
- Software knowledge: Full proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and communication tools.
- Good team player and management skill as a much.英文
