  • 工作内容

    Project: Data Center in Rayong area（Strats in 1st September）
    Period: 1 year contract (Possibly renew 1.5 years, depending on the project)
    Report to: Thai Manager
    - Creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
    - Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings (using Revit) and the latest information
    - Ensure integrity/ quality of the models
    - Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models
    - Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication
    - Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification and 4D simulation
    - Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during the design stage
    - Work in the field as an expert in facilities construction.

资格

  • 应征条件

    [Must]
    - Male, Female age around 20s-30s
    - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or ay related fields
    - Have experience as a BIM modeler in the construction fields using Revit.
    [Advanatege]
    - Data center equipment construction experience
    - Factory/Wearhouse construction projects
    - Experience in architectural design(such as windows, doors, and finishing touches)
