- vocational certificate or diploma in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or tools or related
- English Lv4(can communicate with co-workers)
- At least 2-3 years working experience in stamping machine
- Have skills in Die maintenance, Stamping and Press process

- Knowledge of document system ISO/IATF16949
