工作内容
- Provide a template of commercial contract for the companies.
- Monitoring litigation cases and assist in dealing with Law firm
- Accomplish Compliance Training / Workshop following the set plan.
- Activities involved in Compliance Promotion Activities in the companies
- Provide and enhance the framework for the group companies
- Provide Legal and Compliance consulting service for group companies
- Ensure implementation of Compliance Policies and conduct investigation when necessary.
- Engage in the job requested by management in line with the Legal and Compliance activities.
资格
应征条件
- Male,/Female , 38 age up
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in business law or related field.
- Lawyer license
- At least 10 years' experience in the Legal and Compliance area
- Business English
- Legal knowledge of domestic and international trade, commercial business英文
