• 工作内容

  This is a permanent, full time role working within the HR Department.
  
  - Responsible for all HR activities across the operations involving recruiting, employee relations, manpower planning, employee training, benefits administration, and all other human resources related activities necessary to support the business needs
  - Salary calculation includes Attendance, OT, Gasoline, Allowance, PND.1, SSF, deduction, etc.
  - Prepare for VISA, WP, residence of staff and their families.
  - Manage insurance (Health, Accident, Facility, etc.) and Health Check-up
  - Co-ordinate and correlate with Management and prepare and update of new organization chart twice per year and as and when required
  - Coordinate, plan and make necessary arrangements for the big meetings and conferences as and when required
  - Plan and arrange company’s / corporate’s events
  - Oversee all company’s drivers and vehicle
  - House-keeping control and manage of in-house cleaners and contracts renewal
  - Inventory control and track stock order and distribution of Uniforms
  - Provide monthly, weekly and report to top management
