    [Must]
    - Prefer Male / Age: 30-45 years old
    - Design experience for Mechanical or Equipment
    - Bachelir degree engineering field
    - Can design using CAD. (Not CATIA)
    - Experience in factory equipment. (Crane installation in factories, etc.)

    - Can speak Japanese (N3up * no need certification)

    [NG]
    - Experience only Mold Design, Electrical Design
