  • 工作内容

    - Working within the Product Development / Engineering group to design and document new products and make improvements to existing products.
    - Assist in preliminary design effort, take initial design concepts from senior engineers/ manager and detail them out into a complete design.
    - Convert, merge, and assemble CAD files created by the partners and contractors in various software tools into a master geometry solid model in CAD.
    - Coordinate all the 3D modeling activities of the project in the area of CAD information exchange, maintain project standards and guidelines.
    - Assist with any requirements for marketing presentation, technical illustrations for technical manuals developed in assigned projects.

  • 任职资格

    【Knowledge Responsibilities】
    CAE experience and knowledge - engineering analysis and calculations for product design. Mechanical properties testing, component durability analysis, evaluate products or processes for cost efficiency, manufacturability, reliability and ensure project completion.
    Perform duties typically expected of a Design Engineer including component selection, 3D & 2D modeling, drafting / detailing, tolerance analysis, Bill of materials (BoM) revision control management, engineering layouts, initiate design reviews, producing technical data documentation, ensuring compliance to company standards.

    【EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION】
    - Degree in mechanical engineering, design or related field.

    【KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE】
    - Must be English proficient
    - SolidWorks 3D modeling: Sheet metal, weldments, parts and assemblies.
    - Mechanical design and fabrication of sheet metal, machine shop parts, weldments; ability to create detailed fabrication drawings.
    - Solid experience in automotive, manufacturing
