  1. Lead HR functions by planning and implementing HR policies, programs and practices and providing counselling to employees.
  2. Responsible for the recruitment of employees, selection, training, development, benefit structurer, employee relations, appraisals and legal compliance.
  3. Develop and organize strategic Human Resources and General Administration team to strengthen financial standings and organizational fundamentals.
  
  ** GA & Admin **
  
  1. Lead and maintain office systems and manage staff members with multiscale.
  2. Responsible for office overall general affair, manage administrative operations, policies, procedures, budgets, facilities, records, equipment and special project, plan, coach and manage members.
  3. Manage Welfare Services: transportation, dormitory, canteen, general affairs and local employee services.
  4. Ensure company facilities and canteen are in good condition and ready for use and be controlled.
