    - Handle a full spectrum of HR & GA functions and lead organization’s HR & GA strategies and operation
    - Responsible for recruitment, orientation, performance evaluation, compensation and welfare structures, training and development, employee and labour relations, appraisals and legal compliance
    - Handle company's benefits for all staffs e.g. Life & Health Insurance, Annual Health Checkup, Social Security Fund, Provident Fund, etc.
    - Set, review, and analyze up-to-date HR agreements, regulations, employee handbook to comply with the law and communicate with employees about policy issues
    - Responsible for Visa & Work Permit processes and 90-day notification for Japanese expatriates
    - Oversee office operations by managing company’s asset, car, supplies and office facilities

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 40-60
    - Work experience, minimum 5 years, in HR and GA
    - Have experience of over 400employers company.
    - Good command of English (TOEIC, more than 500 points)
    - Japanese, minimum JLPT N2,
    - Ability to work well under pressure
