  • 工作内容

    - Responsible for customer service, and sales and purchasing control
    - Receive PO and follow up with forecasts from customers
    - Conduct planning on quantity before issuing PO
    - Issue purchase orders and forecast to suppliers
    - Negotiate with customers and suppliers about sales and purchasing
    - Control and key in UBS system for part incoming, receiving PO from customers, issuing PO to suppliers, and issuing invoices
    - Issue invoices and packing list before the delivery
    - Cooperate with teams of delivery, QA & QC, and BOI logistics
    - Filing and prepare purchasing and sales invoices
    - Control and manage stock (actual and in UBS system)

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Female, Thai nationality, age between 25-32
    - Bachelor's Degree in any related field
    - Work experience, minimum 2 years, as a sales coordinator in a trading company
    - Good command of English (upper intermediate)
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
    - Work location is in Samutprakarn
