工作内容
- Handle and manage all functions of HR & General Affairs such as recruitment, payroll, performance evaluation, visa and work permit for management, company activities and regulations
- Develop HR strategies, system and employee's benefits such as life, health, insurance, vacation, sick leave, leaves of absence, and employee assistance
- Prepare budget of human resources operations and encourage corporate culture to enhance high-performance environment for organization which supports the implementation of business strategies
资格
应征条件
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 29-45
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) or any related field
- Work experience, minimum 6 years, in overall HR and General Affairs (GA) functions
- Work experience, minimum 6 years, in manufacturing business or environment
- Work experience, minimum 3 years, in management level
- Good knowledge and understanding of labor law
- Good command of English
- Leadership qualities and ability to work under pressure英文
