工作内容
- Prepare the scope of work, work plan, and spare part lists, and support customers on particular overhauls and services on their own machines. - All documents must be reviewed and approved by the Field Service and Repair Department Managers.- Arrange for the required documents for each machine according to the company's standard.- All service jobs shall be carried out according to work scopes and time frames as approved by the service manager.- Prepare the required tools and equipment with the service team and the concerned documents as requested by clients.- Coordinate with the service manager, if required, and the project engineer in order to clarify the scope of work and site work with working time.- Fulfill required safety work conditions, wearing PPE, referring to the company's regulations and requirements from customers- Supervise and control the work quality, referring to the company's regulations, and arrange for servicing without any complaints from clients.- Coach the service team during working in order to handle and improve technical knowledge and skills as per the company's policy, work standard, and instructions.- Prepare service reports and hand them over to the service manager. Hand over reports with customer signatures.- Prepare a time sheet and relevant expense reports in the required time.- Represent the company's service and the company's police with high standards and high performance levels.- Keep Self-motivation and self-confidence during maintenance service work at the customer's plant and provide hands-on service.
