  - Male or female, age between 23-28 years old
  - Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  - Minimum 1-3 years working experience in Training Function
  - Proficient in in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, Internet
  - Good command of English
  - Good interpersonal skills and problem solving
  - Good communication skills and able to work well under pressure
  - High responsibility and hard-working attitude
