  - Male or female, age between 30-35 years old
  - Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  - Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resource Management
  - Minimum one year experience in organization development
  - Knowledge of Accounting will be advantage
  - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  - Good command of English
  - Good interpersonal skills and problem solving
  - Good communication skills and able to work well under pressure
