  1. Planning items
  -Development of the operational method and improvement targets of the supervising processes.
  -Drafting and determination of documents, such as regulations, required for the execution of tasks and duties
  -Plant budgeting concerning Logistics.
  -Design logistics ( internal & transportation ).
  -Management about BOI( Machine import, formula, max stock, cut stock ), DFT (CO), DIW ( Import permission )
  2. Control items
  -Execution and control of the operational status of tasks and duties concerning the supervising processes.
  -Investigation of the cause of disasters, accidents, complaints, and problems and the execution of consequent action plans.
  -Management ( issuing, revision, withdrawal, storage, etc.) of documents and records.
  -Execution of educational and training plans of own section.
  -Execution of investment and repair plans.
  -Selection, evaluation, guidance and audits of contract-based businesses.
  -Personnel and cost management affairs.
  -Matters delegated by the Production Control General Manager.
  -Export & import control ( documents, instruction booking, custom clearance etc )
  -Transportation expense.
  -Inventory control and stocktaking tasks.
