• 工作内容

  - Issue billing notes and cheques, transfer money and prepare payment vouchers
  - Issue bills, VAT invoices, receipts, non-resident withholding tax certificate, and prepare receipt vouchers
  - Control and manage petty cash including petty cash vouchers
  - Verify statements, bank transaction, relevant adjustment, and journal vouchers
  - Generate and prepare input and output tax, and relevant tax reports (if any)
  - Calculate and make salary payment to employees (payroll functions)
  - Closely monitor and record expenses used in each project
  - Collect, organize and send documents to Accounting Office on a monthly basis
