- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major customers to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships
- Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
- Identify and develop new businesses opportunities (all products)
- Responsible for a dedicated customer group and organizing visits to current and potential customers
- Lead RFQ process and price negotiation and manage general commercial contracts
- Organize and execute the sales activities to the assigned accounts
- Collect and analyze the information of market and competitors and prepare benchmarking
- Prepare customer development strategy and provide ongoing support to high-value clients ensuring high-quality customer service offered
- Serve as a liaison between customers and company departments to support global RFQ w/other regions of company
- Advanced promotion for pre-RFQ, involve the requested department in the advance engineering phase
- Leading RFQ process, and coordinate global RFQ w/other regions
- Leading negotiation process for acquisition of new businesses
- Customer strategy plan including customer basic information, organization, footprint, capacity, carlines
- Supporting target/sales planning review, marketing research and analysis, competitors analysis and trends
- Customer relationships building and maintaining and support communication when customer complaints arise or emergency case happens
- Responsible for commercial contracts management and the promotion events such as Autoshow and Techday
- Collaborate with related to organization for successful commercial activities and relationship development & management with customers
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 20-30
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Admin or related field
- Experienced in the position at least 10 years and in management level in marketing, sales and strategies planning in automotive part industry
- Good Command of English and Japanese
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, TPS system and lean managementความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ
