  - Demonstrate and promote our online marketing products to local clients
  - Develop and maintain business relationships with customers via networking events and onsite meetings
  - Advise local customers as well as a team of online marketing specialists to understand their needs and expectations and develop long-term online marketing strategies
  - Work cooperatively with operation team to report on the status of online marketing campaigns regularly to clients and transmit client’s expectations to team members
  - Closely monitor industry trends and competitor landscape by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, marketing strategies, etc.
  - Recommend improvements in products, processes, services, and policies by evaluating account management activities and competitive development
  - Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and preparing reports
  - Develop and maintain professional and industry-specific knowledge by attending training and events
  - Report your activities and outcomes regularly to the Head of Account Management
