  - Operate the plan to solve problems for the tools and perform root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence
  - Manage tools to be used at its maximum capacity and set plan for regrinding, tool improvement, etc.
  - Cooperate closely with internal and external departments such as PE, tool suppliers (preparing tools for new production line), Tool Kaizen, Trial Tool, etc.
  - Responsible for inventory management such as optimizing the inventory to its most suitable amount, verifying and negotiating for the agreeable price
  - Responsible for the safety such as procuring safety tool needed for maintenance as planned in the technical development and method for the maintenance to maximize safety
