    - Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or Safety
    - Work experience, minimum 10 years, in safety in automotive field or training system development
    - Ability to control safety transportation in factory
    - Good knowledge of OHSAS18001/ISO14001
    - Skills in communication and writing reports
    - Self-motivated, flexible, and teamwork-oriented
