    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 35-45
    - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management or related field
    - Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in the production will be an advantage
    - Good knowledge of ISO 14000 and ISO 9001
    - Good knowledge and skills in analysing technical problems e.g. 8D reports, 5-Why Analysis, etc.
    - Good command of English
    - Creative with strong business acumen
    - Highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a team
    - Ability to work with diverse teams of employees
    - Good at leadership, problem-solving, analytic and decision-making skills
