    - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field
    - Good communication (both spoken and written English)
    - Able to use design programs and good knowledge of Modbus protocol
    - Able to develop software and understand communication system using Modbus protocols
    - Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
    - (Preferably) More than 3 years experience in the software development field
