    Partner with MD and senior management team of Company to provide strong leadership, analysis and counsel relating to all financial and IT matters of the business. Responsible for leading and managing all finance and accounting functions and staff in the company, including the preparation, management of, and analysis related to all P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting and business development activities.

    Key Result Area – Business Support:
    - Business partner with MD and senior management team
    - Preparation and analysis of monthly management reporting
    - Lead the forecasting and annual budgeting process in line with the Company requirements
    - Provide senior leadership and business leaders with analytical support in order to gain insights into their business
    - Provide recommendations and strategic support to business leaders
    - Develop and enhance management reporting information and KPI’s
    - Develop training for senior and middle management to help raise levels of business acumen within the organisation
    - Price strategy and maintenance of pricing tools to maximize selling performance
    - Provide support to the Project Director in the growth of the business through acquisitions and product development.
    - General project work as required by the business

    Key Result Area – Finance Team Leadership:
    - Maintain / enhance the confidence, self esteem and skills of the Finance staff
    - Actively involve the finance team in their own development and encourage their participation
    - Ongoing coaching and managing of the Finance department with an aim of developing a highly motivated and appropriately skilled department.
    This will include the identification of training and development requirements for the team
    - Effective performance management, monitoring of individuals performance against the company competency model and team and individual key performance indicators
    - Proactive suggestions to assist in moving the department forward
    - Promote teamwork and a collaborative environment within the department
    - Ensure appropriate Finance inductions are performed in a timely manner
    - Ensure that staff are motivated and feel involved in departmental and company goals

    Key Result Area – Statutory Compliance:
    - Provides effective business support framework through overall responsibility for Information Technology and Corporate Governance
    - Manage internal and external audit
    - Corporation and Vat Tax compliance
    - Ensuring the compliance to company secretarial duties
    - Provide general legal & contract support to the business. Working with in-house legal support for complex issues.

    Key Result Area – Risk Management:
    - Working Capital and Cash Flow management (stock, debtor, payable management)
    - Maintain close control and knowledge of balance sheet
    - Review and enhance internal controls and risk management procedures
    - Ensure full understanding and compliance throughout business of the company accounting policies

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - 10 to 15 years experience in a senior financial role
    - Proven commercial track record
    - CPA, MBA, Financial Degree
    - Proven experience managing a finance team
    - Experience directing and coordinating analysis, economic research, financial feasibility studies and return on investments
    - Expertise in the coordination of design, implementation and monitoring of computerised accounting and administrative systems
    - Ability to devise financial policy approaches and strategy
    - Experience in implementing and maintaining financial business risk controls
