    - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (welcome new graduates)
    - Work experience, more than 0-2 years, for non-fresh graduates
    - Graduated degree from Japan or previous work experience in Japan is an advantage
    - Good command of English & Japanese, and computer literacy
    - Skills in project management and experience in new management tools
    - Ability to work under pressure and high workload with a reasonable strict timeline
    - Smart and positive mentality with a can-do attitude
