  -To implement the controlling and following up the improvements methods / processes / equipment in the production lines.
  -Optimizes the use of manpower, operation time and methods as standard in the manufacturing processes, in order to achieve efficiency, productivity, safety and quality.
  -Solve the problem with create standard solve problem and compliance with standard for reduce waste time in manufacturing line.
  -Follow up and check basic part quality and during the manufacturing as standard determine.
  -Follow up and check production output compare with plan then report and conclude the result considering about resource and spoiled ratio.
  -Create standard work process and work instructions for manufacturing line and monitor for ensure compliance with the instructions.
  -Analyze & solve and improve the manufacturing process to high efficiency.
  -Manage subordinates of all levels to maintain good and efficient work environment, where Company’s rules and policies are followed and applied fairly.
  -Other works to be assigned by supervisor or company from time to time.
