  • Job Description

    - Draft and review agreements and legal documents (in Thai and English)
    - Generate the template of standard company agreements
    - Provide legal opinion focusing on business and labor law
    - Check and ensure company complies with the law
    - Find methods to solve various problems and monitor updated laws and regulations
    - Coordinate with external lawyers and government officials
    - Other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 25-35
    - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law
    - Work experience (minimum 5-8 years)
    - Strong knowledge and experience in commercial, business, and labour law
    - Good knowledge and experience in IT business, foreign business and BOI will be an advantage
    - Good command of spoken and written English
    - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    - "Can-do" attitude and proactive thinking
