  • Job Description

    - Coordinate with clients, suppliers and logistics company
    - Coordinate with import officers for custom clearance
    - Follow up on sales orders and shipping documents from suppliers (and correct)
    - Follow up delivery schedule and make confirmation with customers
    - Generate and issue documents such as PO, invoices and on-time payment, etc.
    - Control document system using SAP accounting program
    - Obtain forecast orders from customers and inform suppliers
    - Generate and prepare reports of balance orders on a weekly basis
    - Coordinate in the MOI and BOI processes
    - Work as the contact person for customers and company
    - Other related tasks as assigned by Japanese Sales Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 23-30
    - Bachelor's Degree in any field
    - Work experience in using SAP system is preferable
    - Welcome New Graduates & Fresh Grads
    - Good interpersonal skills and high accountability
    - Good command of spoken and written English
