  • Job Description

    - Proceed local and international orders from distributors (approximately 80 orders per 8-hour shift)
    - Ensure all funds are handled properly with honesty
    - Prepare reports of all basic order support
    - Respond to all incoming inquiries and ensure all orders are accurately paid
    - Responsible for all related documentation tasks, order processing, and application processing

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 23-30
    - Graduated from College or University
    - Work experience in customer service for one year
    - Work experience in handling cash
    - Ability to handle around 50 calls per day
    - Ability to communicate in English
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
    - Ability to provide excellent service to customers
    - Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
    - Ability to Work on Saturday (occasionally, half-day)
