• Job Description

  - Coordinate in the project, development and launch of new projects
  - Manage cross-functional team within the plant
  - Primarily liaise between the Project Manager of PDP projects (Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing and Quality)
  - Develops project deliverables.
  - Manage the manufacturing program inputs; project planning, logistics, operations management and financial performance
  - Oversee the product quality, on-time delivery, configuration and inventory requirements
  - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports required by customers
  - Recommend ideas for continuous improvements on the launches of new program
  - Support projects by interfacing and coordinating with other functions such as purchasing, production, engineering and quality
  - Assist in getting process and engineering documents through quality system in a timely manner
  - Adhere to and ensure compliance with Quality System SOPs, work instructions, drawings and ISO requirements
  - Establish the manufacturing budget and timeline for all approved projects
  - Responsible for regularly communicating with all project stakeholders about progress
  - Conduct regular meetings with all project stakeholders to ensure proper focus remains on the project, its deliverables and expected results
  - Drive the implementation and production approval of new plant and equipment and/or production tooling into the production environment
  - Responsible for generating all required paperwork associated with plant and equipment and/or production tooling projects
