Job Description
- Responsible for claims verification, claims approval, and payment approval in the system within individual limit of authority
- Monitor, review, and investigate all outstanding claims or suspended claims in order to close all of the outstanding
- Prepare and analyse monthly claims report including providing comments and proposing actions plan
- Make decision with justified reasons on any claims related case
- Professionally handle phone calls that received from Customers and/or our Providers
- Perform other duties and special assignments as required
- Send emails and fax to confirm received documents
- Organise and manage documents
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 25-37
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' working experience
- Knowledge and experience of Health Insurance Claims will be a PLUS
- Ability to understand and communicate well in English is a MUST
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Flexibility and capability of working under pressure
- Knowledge of Computer PC, Microsoft Office, Internet, and emails
- Others; customer-oriented; service mindset; problem-solving (essential)English Level
