  - Identify problems in arc welding machine (and solve)
  - Evaluating product quality and improving production/manufacturing
  - Responsible for design and implementation of repairs and improvements (electric arc welding machine)
  - Responsible for design for modifications and repairs (electric arc welding machine)
  - Responsible for design and implementation of changes in product design (electric arc welding machine)
  - Determining required tooling and capacity for new programs
  - Responsible for new trial and development of stamping process (electric arc welding machine)
  - Identifying and resolving issues relating to mass production tooling
  - Developing requirements and adjustment plan (electric arc welding machine)
  - Performing evaluation and validation of tooling and products
  - Introducing new die and managing new tooling procurement (from prototype development to mass production)
  - Preparing new specifications and requests for quotation (electric arc welding machine)
