  •Detail survey and design
  - Receive request for details survey

  - Review simulation testing
  - Conduct system testing
  - Collect actual testing results

  - Define scope of training
  - Prepare training document
  - Conduct training
  - Provide technical information or training to customer and junior staff
  •Trouble shooting
  - Receive calls from customers
  - Define the problems
  - Make corrections
  - Prepare reports for trouble shooting and corrective actions

  - Maintain technical and service support to customers
