    【Responsibility】
    - Handle front desk operations and greet clients in a professional and courteous manner
    - Manage payment collection and explain billing details clearly to clients
    - Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation and record management
    - Coordinate with external technical partners regarding orders and updates
    - Communicate internal updates and task-related information to professionals and staff
    - Prepare and organize client records and documentation in advance
    - Answer basic phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately
    - Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
    - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
    - Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Conversational English skill
    - Be able to work shift-based working schedule with 7 days off per month
    - Positive attitude with a willingness to support team operations
    - Ability to handle routine administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
    - Willingness to learn Japanese (99% customers are Japanese)

    【Advantage】
    - Basic Japanese proficiency (approximately N4 level)
    - Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles
