    1. Sales & Business Development
    - dentify and develop new business opportunities within the luxury market
    - Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
    - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
    2. Client Relationship Management
    - Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients (HNWIs) and international customers
    - Provide personalized consultation and premium customer experience
    - Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
    3. Product Presentation & Negotiation
    - Conduct product presentations, private viewings, and client meetings
    - Lead negotiations and close high-value sales deals
    - Customize solutions to match client lifestyle and needs
    4. Market Expansion
    - Explore new markets and expand the company’s presence regionally and internationally
    - Build partnerships with luxury brands, agents, and industry stakeholders
    5. Collaboration & Reporting
    - Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies
    - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client insights for management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
    - Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury products or premium services
    (e.g., yachts, real estate, luxury automotive, high-end lifestyle products)
    - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
    - Strong networking and relationship-building skills
    - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    - Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
    - Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel between Bangkok and Phuket
