    Customer Support & Communication
    - Respond to customer inquiries regarding IT systems used in manufacturing operations
    - Provide support to both domestic and international customers

    Training & System Support
    - Deliver IT-related training and provide system guidance to customers
    - Explain system functions and usage in a clear and professional manner

    Documentation & Translation
    - Prepare documentation in Thai, English, and Japanese, including manuals and system-related materials
    - Translate documents between Japanese, English, and Tha

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in any related field
    - Japanese proficiency (minimum JLPT N2 level)
    - Intermediate level of English communication skills
    - Experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Support, or related roles is highly preferred
    - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
    - Passion and interest in IT-related work
