    Key Responsibilities:
    - Supervise and manage product receiving and inspection (quality and quantity check)
    - Oversee product master data registration and maintenance in the system
    - Control and monitor inventory and merchandise management
    - Establish, improve, and standardize operational workflows and procedures
    - Coordinate with related departments (e.g., merchandising/product department, store operations)
    - Ensure accurate product data and smooth in-store merchandise flow
    - Support overall store management operations from a merchandise control perspective

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Minimum 4-5 years experience in retail operations (food industry experience is an advantage but not required)
    - Experience in roles related to merchandise control, product registration, or product department functions

    【Advantage】
    - Strong ability to develop and implement standardized procedures
    - Good understanding of inventory management and operational workflows
    - Minimum working proficiency in English (for internal communication)
    - Leadership potential and capability to take on managerial responsibilities
