• Job Description

  • Handle customer complaints and customer requirements.
  • Handle complaints and feedback to suppliers.
  • Establish, implement, maintain and improve the quality management system (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and future system).
  • Control documents and manage quality-related documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Generate monthly reports and propose process enhancements.
  • Internal & External Audits: Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external process audits.
  • Conduct internal process audits and follow up.
  • Audit Reports & Actions: Track non-compliances, define corrective actions, and coordinate with concerned parties (auditors, customers, suppliers, or plant managers/employees).
  • Customer & Supplier Coordination: Act as a key contact for supplier qualification programs, ensuring smooth communication between the company and external parties.
  • Ensure and maintain 5S and plant standards compliance for a clean and organized environment.
  • Conduct quality system training for employees to drive continuous improvement.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors/managers.
