  【Responsibilities】
  - Oversee Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities and ensure compliance with applicable laws, customer requirements, and corporate policies.
  - Manage ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RBA management systems, including certification maintenance and internal/external audits.
  - Lead EHS risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, and occupational health and safety programs.
  - Develop and implement environmental initiatives to reduce energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, water usage, and industrial waste.
  - Establish EHS policies, procedures, objectives, training plans, and departmental budgets.
  - Monitor EHS performance, prepare reports for management, and drive continuous improvement.
  - Oversee facility security management, including CCTV, C-TPAT, and TISAX-related requirements.
  - Supervise plant maintenance and facility management activities, including utilities, wastewater treatment, fire protection, and factory infrastructure.
  - Monitor facility operations and provide management direction to the Assistant Department Manager and Section Manager responsible for day-to-day activities.
  - Coordinate with internal departments, corporate representatives, auditors, customers, and relevant government authorities.
  - Support business continuity planning and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
