  - Supervise sales activities for Modern Trade (MT) and Special Channels to achieve sales targets.
  - Coordinate and monitor sales projects, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities.
  - Monitor sales performance, pricing, costs, and budgets to ensure operational efficiency.
  - Coordinate with customers, business partners, depot managers, and internal departments to support sales operations.
  - Manage POP materials, promotional activities, and company assets for MT and Special Channels.
  - Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify new customers and business opportunities.
  - Coordinate with the Logistics Department to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  - Handle customer complaints, feedback, and food safety issues, ensuring appropriate corrective actions.
  - Prepare monthly sales reports and market updates for management.
  - Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and food safety standards.
