    - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
    - Plan and prioritize system development for ERP, WMS, HRM, CRM, Cargo Application, Workflow, and other business applications.
    - Coordinate with business users, developers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope and timeline.
    - Manage UAT, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live support.
    - Prepare and maintain system and process documentation.
    - Manage vendors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    - Identify opportunities for business process improvement and system enhancement.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Industrial Management, or a related field.
    - 3–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, ERP consulting, system analysis, project management, or software project roles.
    - Experience working with internal business systems such as ERP, WMS, HRM, CRM, approval or logistics systems, or web applications.
    - Experience working with developers, vendors, key users, and management on system implementation projects, including preparing requirement documents, process flows, test cases, and UAT checklists.
    - Experience collaborating on UAT, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live support.

    Advantages:

    - Experience in system implementation, UAT, Go-Live, or post-Go-Live support.
    - Experience managing multiple projects or system improvement initiatives concurrently.
    - Equivalent work experience in ERP, business analysis, product management, or system implementation may be considered.
