• 仕事内容

  - Lead and manage new project development from project kick-off through mass production (SOP).
  - Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, resources, and costs to ensure projects are completed on time.
  - Lead APQP activities and ensure all project deliverables are completed according to customer requirements.
  - Prepare, review, and follow up on PPAP documentation and mass production readiness.
  - Coordinate with OEM customers regarding project requirements, technical issues, project schedules, and quality matters.
  - Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Planning, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  - Lead the introduction of new products, processes, technologies, and engineering changes into production.
  - Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and VAVE activities.
  - Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and coordinate corrective actions to ensure successful project launch.
  - Support customer audits, project meetings, customer visits, and other project-related activities.
  - Maintain project-related data, including BOM, process routing, and SAP master data, and coordinate with relevant departments for updates.
  - Prepare regular project status reports and communicate project progress, risks, and action plans to management.
