  1. Strategic Design Leadership & Creative Direction
  - Lead the creative strategy and design aesthetic for all interior design projects across residential, luxury multi-family (condominiums), hospitality, and commercial sectors.
  - Establish conceptual frameworks, mood boards, material palettes, and spatial layouts that elevate project narratives while adhering to functional and budgetary requirements.
  - Ensure design proposals align seamlessly with ATOM design’s overall architectural vision, brand identity, and quality standards.
  
  2. Team Leadership & Resource Management
  - Mentor, motivate, and manage interior design team members (Associates, Senior Designers, and Junior Designers).
  - Oversee team workload distribution, resource allocation, project schedules, and performance evaluations.
  - Foster a collaborative, innovative, and continuous-learning team environment.
  
  3. Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management
  - Act as the primary design ambassador in pitch presentations, client reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
  - Build strong, trusted relationships with high-profile clients, property developers, consultants, and contractors.
  - Translate client aspirations, site constraints, and brand identities into practical design solutions.
  
  4. Project Execution & Quality Assurance
  - Oversee all project stages—from schematic design (SD) and design development (DD) through construction documentation (CD) and site supervision.
  - Conduct regular technical and detail reviews to ensure constructability, code compliance, and precision in material specifications.
  - Conduct site inspections to ensure construction, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), and detailing meet design intent and finish standards.
