仕事内容
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets.
Identify and develop new customer accounts while maintaining relationships with existing clients. (Leads will be provided by the company.)
- Present services including Architecture, Interior Design, Design & Build, and Construction.
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and relevant departments to prepare proposals and develop projects.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales.
- Follow up on project progress and maintain client relationships throughout the process until project completion and handover.
- Build and maintain relationships with project owners, real estate developers, private companies, hotels, hospitals, and other organizations.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze business opportunities, and present relevant information to management.
求めている人材
応募条件
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in B2B or Project Sales.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, negotiation, and presentation.
- Practical knowledge of the project sales process and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work effectively toward sales targets and collaborate within teams.
Advantages:
- Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Fit-out, or Construction Materials.
- An established client network in Developers, Corporate, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Commercial Projects.英語
