    1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
    Define sales strategy, market direction, and annual sales targets for all channels to align with the factory's production capacity of 2,000 personnel.
    Drive and manage sales to achieve company targets, control the sales budget, and maintain gross margin.

    2. Key Account Management (Convenience chains & Modern Trade):
    Manage strategic high-level relationships with convenience chains and other modern trade retailers to maintain shelf space, expand SKUs, and coordinate ongoing marketing/promotional campaigns.
    Negotiate annual commercial terms (commercial terms, GP, rebate, listing fee) to maximize benefits for the company.

    3. Channel Expansion & New Business Development:
    Seek new business opportunities such as B2B customers, airlines, hotels, hospitals, catering, or OEM manufacturing.
    Plan growth strategies and increase sales of the company's bakery stores (over 40 branches), including franchise or new business models.

    4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with Marketing to align promotions and with R&D to use consumer insights to develop new bakery flavors that meet market demand.
    Coordinate with the Plant Director and Production Planning to improve sales forecasting accuracy and to prevent product shortages or overstock.

    5. Leadership & Team Capability:
    Lead, manage, and coach the sales team (Key Account Executives, Sales Managers, Area Managers) to develop professional selling and negotiation skills.

  • 応募条件

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    - Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the food or beverage industry or FMCG.
    - Minimum 5 years in senior sales leadership roles (e.g., Sales Director or Senior National Key Account Manager) with experience negotiating commercial terms with major convenience retailers and large retail chains.
    - Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable sales growth and channel expansion.
    - Ability to analyze sales data and produce accurate sales forecasts to inform strategy.

    Advantages:
    - MBA degree.
    - Deep understanding of procurement, logistics, and modern trade practices in Thailand.
    - Demonstrated leadership managing and coaching Key Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Area Managers.
