- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings.
- Experience using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
