  * Develop and oversee digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including TikTok Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LINE Ads, and other relevant channels.
  * Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI/ROAS and achieve the company's business objectives.
  * Regularly analyze campaign performance by evaluating advertising metrics and their impact on sales, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, CAC, and other key KPIs.
  * Design and manage campaign structures, marketing funnels, and audience segmentation strategies tailored to different products and stages of the customer journey.
  * Plan and execute A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, audiences, placements, and promotional offers, while generating actionable insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
  * Collaborate closely with the Creative, Content, and Live Commerce teams to develop high-performing advertisements aligned with the brand strategy.
  * Establish KPIs, develop dashboards, and prepare weekly performance reports with strategic recommendations for optimization and business growth.
  * Oversee and enhance conversion tracking systems, including Pixel implementation, GA4, and data accuracy for performance analysis.
  * Stay up to date with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and advertising best practices across all digital channels.
  * Lead, coach, and develop the Ads/Performance Marketing team to enhance team capabilities and drive overall business results.
