  Job Description:
  The Plant Manager is responsible for leading and managing all manufacturing operations of the Aluminum Die Casting and Machining Plant to ensure achievement of targets in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Productivity (QCDSP). This role drives operational excellence, continuous improvement, organizational development, and strategic business growth in alignment with automotive industry standards and corporate objectives.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage all Aluminum High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) and Machining operations.
  2. Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer demand, plant capacity, and business requirements.
  3. Drive manufacturing performance through effective management of Productivity, OEE, Yield Rate, and manufacturing costs.
  4. Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve operational performance.
  5. Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and Automation projects.
  6. Ensure product quality meets customer requirements and complies with IATF 16949 standards and applicable automotive requirements.
  7. Oversee the operation and maintenance of Die Casting Machines, Melting Furnaces, Trimming Equipment, and Machining Centers.
  8. Lead machinery improvement projects, automation implementation, and new manufacturing technologies.
  9. Analyze and resolve equipment-related issues affecting production performance and efficiency.
  10. Control manufacturing costs, energy consumption, raw material utilization, and overall plant expenditures.
  11. Lead Cost Reduction and Productivity Improvement programs across all plant functions.
  12. Establish plant objectives, operational strategies, and annual business plans aligned with corporate policies and strategic direction.
  13. Drive Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives to enhance operational competitiveness.
  14. Develop and strengthen organizational capability, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources to achieve business objectives.
  16. Manage and lead a workforce of more than 600 employees while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
