仕事内容
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the sales team in preparing, setting up, and maintaining machine quotations within internal systems.
- Follow up on open issues related to quotations with the sales team and relevant internal departments.
- Assist the sales team in tracking invoices, shipping schedules, and related documentation to ensure timely processing.
- Act as the main contact point for questions related to systems and internal tools.
- Collect operational information from the sales team and recommend process improvements and potential training opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and data analysis to support the sales team in strengthening their proposals and business cases.
- Develop reference cases and marketing materials based on completed projects to support customer promotion activities.
- Support the establishment and improvement of back-office standards and operational structures for Southeast Asia.
- Work closely with the Sales Support Engineer (Southeast Asia) to ensure efficient coordination and smooth internal processes.

応募条件
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in admin support or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Business-level English.英語
