仕事内容
• Manage and develop sales opportunities in the semiconductor business.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Leading South Asia sales teams, follow headquarters’ direction, form South Asia sales strategy and fulfill company business targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners to support sales activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required for business meetings and customer visits.
• Continuously learn and develop knowledge in sales management and leadership.

応募条件
• 5-10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in Japanese or English proficiency is a must
• Willing and able to travel overseas.
• Interested in learning and developing skills in sales management / leadership.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
• Experience managing key accounts or regional customers.
• Basic understanding of management or mentoring junior staff.英語
