    Responsibilities :

    • Manage technical issues and warranty claim operations for Sullair Air Compressors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including site visits for technical investigations and support.
    • Understand customer requirements and deliver tailored engineering
    solutions.
    • Prepare and present technical proposals, cost estimates, and product/servicepresentations.
    • Collaborate with customers and partners to define technical requirements forproducts and solutions.
    • Provide post -sales support including installation coordination,troubleshooting, and customer training.
    • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.

    【Must】

    - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or related field).
    - Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or customer -facing engineering preferred.
    - Familiarity with control systems (PLC/SCADA), power systems, or building automation is an advantage.
    - Willingness to travel to client sites and overseas factories as required.
